Leading the organisation, Kate oversees the management and strategic direction of a range of contemporary music programs, events and advocacy campaigns targeted towards young people across Australia. Prior to working at The Push, Kate spent several years in Local Government developing a range of award-winning youth music programs, as well as working for the Victorian Government Office for Youth, managing the National Youth Week grants program.
